DevFests are conference series organized by Google to bring together software developers every year. Google has handed over the organization of these conferences to GDGs (Google Developer Group) since 2011. This year,in November , DevFest will also be organized in Ankara and will bring together developers and technology enthusiasts from a lot of cities of the world. GDG Ankara will organize DevFest’13 in TOBB-ETU Garaj on Sunday 3 November 2013 with the support of Viveka. Speakers will present their presentations with practical sessions to the participants. To be speaker in DevFest’13 organization, contact us with one of the topics below. The event will take place in the following topics: Android SDK, Android NDK, Google API, Maps APIs, Google Cloud Messaging for Android, the Android UI, Game Engines, Google Play Services, Chrome/HTML5, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, the Google App Engine, SEO / SEM Outside of these subjects, speakers may apply with other issues of interest. Abdullah Çetin Çavdar

Abdullah Çetin ÇAVDAR graduated from Hacettepe University Computer Engineering department in 2005. Cetin had his MSc degree from Middle East Technical University in 2010 and continues his PhD studies about mobile sensors systems in METU. He works for T2 Software as a software engineer right now and he is passionate about Android.

Aycan Aracı

Graduated from Computer Education and Instructional Technology – METU. Working as a game designer – Pixofun.

Aykut Aslantaş

Since 2010, He manages Search Engine Marketing department in Google Developer Group – Ankara which has offices in 104 countries around world. He accomplished mini MBA program with the best result and has expertise in Quality Management and Internal Audit. He works as a SEO Strategist at, one of the most essential firms in Turkey, SEOZEO LTD. He published “SEO & SEM – Küçük Katkılarla Büyük Başarılara” book in October 2012.

Cenk Derinözlü

“He is graduated from Department of Electric-Electronic Engineering at Başkent University. He is a graduate student in Department of IT Law at Hacettpe University. He took role in ERP software projects about E-Devlet as a software developer or software project lead between 2003-2008. He has been working as a software team lead and project lead for Havelsan since 2008.

Gökhan Gökçe

Senior computer engineer, interested in mobile and web technologies. Young entrepreneur who run after creative ideas. Passionately in love with technology and nature.

Mehmet İnce

Continuing his professional career as Penetration Testing Team Leader in IntelRAD, Mehmet INCE has been a well known participant of Information Security arena since 2006. His primary interests include Web Application Security, Open Source Systems, Cyber Attack Prevention Solutions and Physical Security.

Miraç Satıç

He is studying Computer Technology and Information Systems(CTIS) at Bilkent University and working with Java, Java EE, Scala and Python/Django technologies. He is also member of Ankara JUG. He has developed many projects who is in business life since 2010. He is interested in Cloud Computing, NoSQL, BigData concepts and open source systems.

Mustafa Musa Ülker

He started his professional software development life on e-Government Gateway Project (www.turkiye.gov.tr) and now works on FATIH Project (www.eba.gov.tr) as Mobile Team Lead. He provides consultation for scalable, huge, enterprise software projects.

Olcay Ay

He works as a Mobile Application Development Expert at Nokta Medya. He is responsible for development of more than 10 Android and iOS applications and also mobile sites with his team. He is also proud of being a member of Google Developer Group Ankara

Orhun Mert Şimşek

He is the member of GDG Ankara from day one. Previously, he only interested in Android and Java, he has conducted Android seminars for last year. He is student of Hacettepe University Computer Engineering department.Now he is responsible for Education and Android Developer at GDG Ankara. In this aspect, he publishes apps on Google Play which is developed with group members and organizes Android educations in several cities.

Şeref Akyüz

He was bord in 1988 in Sarkisla, Sivas. He graduated from Department of Computer Engineering at Gazi University. He has started to develop android-based games for companies in METU Tech since September, 2011. He is the writer of Android Game Programming book published in 2012.

Sinan Kozak

I studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering at TOBB ETU I am a Software Engnineer (Java)
